Online Form Builder
iForm is a web based form builder. It allows non-technical users the ability to create rich, content-capturing web forms directly from iControl. No HTML knowledge needed!
With iForm, you can add form elements like radio buttons, check boxes, drop down menus, text input fields and much more.
iForm is also extremely secure. Conforming to HIPAA requirements, iForm uses a 256 bit encryption to transmit patient data. In addition, form information is validated using CAPCHA image verification systems, essentially eliminating spam data.
Imagine! Clients can submit their new patient intake form before their appointment! Office staff can then print out the form submission, and clients can just sign their form when they arrive to the office.
Office staffs love this feature because it frees up their time and resources, and clients are thrilled about it because they can fill out the forms prior to visiting the office.
